The Bistro-by-the-Sea Restaurant and Private Banquet Facility is owned and operated by the husband and wife team of Chef Tim Coyne, and General Manager Libby Eaton. Both Tim and Libby take pride in the fact that Tim is "cooking on the line" and Libby is greeting their guests every night they are open. To ensure a creative, consistent product, the restaurant is open only five days a week. By keeping a fresh, positive energy flow from their staff, it is passed on through their staff by the impeccable service and attention to detail that is evident in their cuisine.
